🎬 Do you dream of writing for the big screen? Whether you’re a movie buff, a TV show fanatic, or just love telling stories, this hands-on screenwriting course will help bring your ideas to life!

No prior screenwriting experience is needed—just your imagination and a love of storytelling!

Over six weeks, work with an industry professional to learn the fundamentals of screenwriting—including structure, dialogue, and action—while crafting your very own short screenplay. With weekly writing prompts, group discussions, and expert guidance, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to develop a compelling script from start to finish. Plus, you’ll have the chance to showcase your work in a creative final project!

Meet Your Instructor – Mo Bradley

Mo Bradley is an award-winning filmmaker with over 40 short films screened at festivals worldwide. Their debut feature, Two 4 One (2014), won multiple festival awards. With over 25 years of experience in the film industry, Bradley has served on numerous artist-run and film centre boards, including the IMAA. They have taught screenwriting and filmmaking at the University of Victoria, University of Regina, and UBC. Currently, Bradley is developing the TV series Dopamine and the Telefilm-funded feature Missing: Presumed Dead.
