A limerick from Monika, Story Studio’s Communications Coordinator.
From Monika: The eleven-year-old version of me wrote this limerick in elementary school. It was the first time I’d ever written a structured poem, and the rhyme still makes me smile.
(For the record, my little sister Kristen – sadly – is still not afraid of me.)
The One who was Scared of Everything
My little sister shivers at bees,
And hates all fleas.
She’s afraid of cats,
And despises all bats.
Why isn’t she afraid of me?
